Get Running at the Whistler 50 Relay & Ultra

We hope you’ve been stretching because the Whistler Relay & Ultra is coming up! This Saturday, October 13, 2018, you can join the 80 km (50 miles) running event by yourself or with friends in relay teams of 8, 4, or 2 people. From the pre-run social on Friday night to the post-race party, the Whistler 50 is more than just a relay race!

Back for its 7th annual appearance, the Whistler 50 Relay & Ultra is open to everyone, with distances ranging between 7km and 80km. Whether it's your first marathon or you’re an experienced runner, there’s something for all level of runners.

Choose from either competitive or recreational categories and participate with a group of friends, buddies from the office, or even your family. Competing teams will duke it out for the title of ‘Fastest Team’.

The whole weekend is accentuated by being surrounded by the stunning Whistler scenery. The course itself is four 20 km loops around Whistler Village, Lost Lake, and the charming Valley Trail system.

Finish Line Party

Once you cross the finish line, you can relax and have some fun at the Finish Line Party. Taking place throughout Race Day in Whistler Olympic Plaza, you can enjoy the sweet taste of victory as well as music, a beer garden, food from Whistler Cooks, and more! Awards will also be presented at the Finish Line Party. After the awards are finished, the party will wrap up around 7 pm so you can enjoy a night out in Whistler Village!

Pre-Race Social

Join fellow racers on Friday, October 12, 2018, at The Brewhouse in Whistler for the official Pre-Race Social. Try out some award-winning beers and receive exclusive discounts on food and drinks from 5 pm onwards. You can also pick up your race package on Friday in Whistler, upstairs at The Brewhouse from 5 - 9 pm.
